The adventure begins with an ascent up the slopes of Mount Etna, where you’ll traverse lunar landscapes of black lava, explore ancient craters, and enjoy breathtaking panoramas that stretch across the Ionian sea. You’ll have the opportunity to wander through its historic alleyways, shop for local crafts, and taste the culinary delights that make Sicilian cuisine famous worldwide. The highlight of Taormina is undoubtedly the ancient Greek Theatre, an architectural masterpiece that offers a window into the past and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
